About Our Returns Policies

Items purchased from theplayastore.com ("The Playa Store") can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

You can submit a return request directly from our online store or by contacting us using the web form at https://theplayastore.com/pages/contact.

Packaging Your Return

When you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using over-sized boxes or packaging. If the product required assembly, disassemble the item first.

Postage and Delivery Confirmation

If you are sending the item within the United States, follow these guidelines:

  • Items valued at $100 or more: Insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
  • Items valued over $35: They must be returned with a trackable shipping service.
  • Items below $35: We suggest using USPS delivery confirmation service. 

If a package doesn't arrive and you didn't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.

Returns to Third-Party Sellers 

When you order from The Playa Store website, your order may be fulfilled and shipped by one or more third party sellers from their own inventory. In this case, your return is sent back to the relevant third party seller(s) instead of The Playa Store. Third party sellers adhere to The Playa Store policies that are outlined on this web page.

Third-party sellers must offer one of these methods for your return:

  • Provide a return address within the United States;
  • A prepaid return label; or
  • A full refund without requesting the item be returned.

If a third-party seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim. To file an A-to-z Guarantee claim, contact The Playa Store by filling out the web form at https://theplayastore.com/pages/contact.

For orders fulfilled or shipped by a third party seller, the amount refunded to you will be 100% of the amount refunded by the relevant third party seller, which may be less than the original purchase price on The Playa Store website. By using the Services (as defined in our Conditions of Use), you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, that any such difference shall constitute a non-refundable fee paid to The Playa Store for the provision to you of its Services.

How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?

A refund will be provided after we or the third party seller (as applicable) process your return item at our facilities. It can take up to 30 days to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer. If the item has already been sent back, and you have received an email asking you to return it or have been charged for the item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed.

We issue refund to your original method of payment.

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

Partial Refunds

Please note that refunds may be reduced for returned items, such as for signs of customer use or damage, or missing parts, accessories, or manuals. The amount of the reduction in such circumstances will be determined in the sole discretion of The Playa Store (acting upon any decision or policy of the relevant third party seller, if applicable).

Note: For customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI, tax on restocking fees may apply to return items. Some products have additional conditions that may apply.
